Send The Hug Of Prayer


You may live oceans away
But I remain near to you because I can hug you as I pray 

Distance will never deter the route of prayer 
Hear the whispers feel the spirit within my soul I still care 

Though the mountains may break ... 
Yet strong is the influence a sending prayer can make .... 

It never returns void regardless of its long travel 
God’s mercy endures and never chosen by a lucky raffle 

The heart knows when another has a need, 
What has healthier growth than that of incorruptible seed 

Prayer matters when the arms for a hug can’t be found 
And rises upon God’s wing and will lift you off the ground 

I will care for you all of your days, 
My prayers are sent hugs helping you out from your maze 

It will reach you in no time 
Where you will sense by faith all good things will still align 

Because everyone needs a hug! 
Its a secret cry in every human soul an non-invasive drug 

Today I am praying for you, 
And trust in a God of all grace that he will see you through
