The Seven Questions Of The Resurrected Christ

At the age of sixty-one, Mohammed passed away in Medina on June 8, 632, and tens of thousands of Muslims visit his grave there each year. But rather than celebrating his resurrection, they come to lament his passing.  However, the Church of Jesus Christ commemorates the triumph of our Lord over death and the grave not only on Easter but also on Lord's Day, at every baptism service, and throughout the Lord's Supper.  Death put its grip on Jesus about two millennia ago, yet it was unable to contain him. A Love Worthy Of Our Awe

Today I would like to speak on the wonders and awe of God. When we first meet the Lord and fall in love with him, everything we learn and time spent with him is wondrous because he is so awesome but then ….  But then … life happens.  This morning I was thinking back to a time I moved out to California. My friend and I drove down the coast from Los Angeles to San Francisco. There were many beautiful sights to see but something about the oceanfront and the mountains captured my awe.
