The bond of sisterhood, 
Is one throughout the ages silence has understood 

Just look at Martha and Mary, 
Different they were but love for Jesus did they carry 

You may have a sister who is estranged ...
But love for one another would never have changed 

Though we may focus on the separation 
Let us remember the hand of God created formation 

Its never by accident the family we are born into 
All things have its purpose if our finite wisdom knew 

She may be a rose petal type of girl
And you a butterfly sprinkling hope and loving pearl 

Sister … 
One calm and serene another like a hurricane twister 

Yet there is something beautiful 
When love speaks and forever would remain youthful 

Still, there is a bridging of souls, 
Where connection of spirits require no traveling tolls 

Distance may be today … 
But if you would keep hope alive and earnestly pray.! 

Love is still the vehicle of choice 
And will for its time on earth and eternity have a voice
